The brewery itself aims to capture the West Coast and aspires to facilitate a relaxing community setting for both locals and tourists alike. Craft brewing is a passion for our future head brewer Jason Welsh with hops of experience from years of home brewing and working in a professional setting Jason has a strong portfolio of recipes, which he will incorporate in a selection of core beers and keeping it creative with a selection of rotating seasonal beers. The brewery will also have an exciting food menu, which will be utilizing inspiration from the brewhouse, as well as incorporating the west coast vibe. Our kitchen manager is also one of our owners Yvan St. Onge, so be assured and ready for an inspirational menu and flavours carried out with passion and homage to craft brewing.
