Small like the Island it's on, MIBC produces 140-litre batches of bottle-conditioned, European-inspired Craft Ales. Brewer Michael Garratt ventures to produce traditional ales-some infused with locally foraged ingredients. The small on-site store/tasting room is defiantly worth a visit-or try a bottle at some of Vancouver or Whistler's best restaurants.
