After a crash course at the Siebel Institute, Sheri spent the first year of the Trail Beer Refinery learning her beer making skills under the watchful eye of Andrew Aanker who came to BC from Mill Street Brewery to help get Trail Beer Refinery and Highway 97 started. In her past career she was a respiratory therapist but is happy brewing craft beer for the local town of Trail, BC.
