Beer built for the journey

About Tin Whistle Brewing

Founded in 1995, The Tin Whistle Brewing Company is the original craft brewery of South Okanagan. From the beginning, Tin Whistle has been dedicated to producing great beer that represents the Okanagan region. Now under new ownership, the brand, product mix, packaging, online platforms, and taproom have been revitalized, and we are growing. Tin Whistle is committed to producing great beer with less environmental impact and is the first carbon-neutral brewery in B.C.

Due to growth exceeding our forecast, we are seeking a full-time, permanent brewer of exceptional caliber.

We are now laying the foundation for massive growth of output. The past year has seen significant capital expenditure in the brew-house,

– Two new 40hL tanks
– Heat exchanger
– 1bbl state-of-the-art pilot system – Full new glycol chilling system

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has already learned the industry, has already succeeded in a demanding environment and wants to use her/his creativity and passion to build a systematic approach to increasing both capacity and innovation with limited resources.
