Director/Head of Sales ~ Field House Brewing Co
Role: DIRECTOR / HEAD OF SALES Schedule: Full-time
Key Areas of Accountability:
1. Accountable for: External Wholesale Sales Results and Strategy for Growth and Optimization
• Supporting Key Tasks
- Leading Sales team to meet weekly/monthly/annual sales targets
- Leading Growth Strategy and allocation of resources
3. OptimizationofSalesProcessesandTools
2. Accountable for: Beer Distribution – fulfilling our sales in the most strategic/cost-effective way
• Supporting Key Tasks
1. Optimizing Sales Distribution channels to create efficiencies
2. Reviewing and assessing distribution costs
3. Leading distribution teams for best practices and growth in roles
3. Accountable for: Financial Reporting – ensuring our operations align with the information we need to make good business decisions
• Supporting Key Tasks
- Working with Sr.Leadership to set Sales Targets and Stretch Goals
- Reporting on weekly sales, making recommendations to ensure targets are achieved, and actioning forward with Sales Team
- Reviewing Forecasts and collaborating with Production and Product Development teams for annual sales planning
Salary is based on qualifications and experience. |
