What you’ll be doing:

As our Territory Manager for the Vancouver and surrounding region (Burnaby, New Westminster, and Richmond) you will represent the FBC brand for both on and off-premise accounts. As part of our BC Sales Team, you will be responsible for building business relationships with clients, growing our liquor store & draft beer accounts, and promoting our brand at festivals & events. You are committed to reaching individual sales targets and company goals. You must be passionate about the Craft Beer Industry and align with our company values. Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and growing liquor store and draft accounts, while expanding the territory through strategies such as cold calling
  • Travelling throughout Vancouver and the surrounding area to strengthen existing relationships with accounts and to build new business relationships
  •  Using our CRM platform to input sales information
  • Executing marketing strategies while in attendance at tastings, festivals, and events throughout BC as needed
  • Launching & promoting new products • Tracking business activities and achievements and providing in-depth, qualified reporting & market analysis to the BC Sales Team


  • A valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in an applicable field such as business, marketing, or commerce is preferred

• 2-4 years of prior experience in a sales role, preferably in the alcoholic beverage/craft beer sector

• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong work ethic and dedication to reaching and exceeding personal sales goals

• Effective time management skills and the ability to work well independently with little or no supervision

This position is a permanent, full-time position that may require some evening and weekend work to support events and meet with clients. Working from a home office will be required.
