Packaging Assistant – Full Time  and Full Time Seasonal

Our teams are growing, and we are seeking enthusiastic applicants for several roles. We are looking for two Packaging Assistants to join us; one Regular Full Time and Seasonal Full Time (shifting to part time in September). You will be an integral part our team, ensuring our delicious beer stays excellent until it’s in the hands of our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the Craft Brewing Industry and we’re a great place to learn.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist the Packaging Line Operator on all duties relating to packaging in accordance with our operating procedures
• Keg cleaning
• Keg filling
• Maintain a high level of safety, quality, and compliance
• Safely operate forklift and pallet jack
• Perform all other duties as required which include but aren’t limited to cellaring duties, keg washing, general cleaning

REQUIREMENTS

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Aptitude for mechanical troubleshooting is a benefit
• Physical ability to routinely lift/move heavy objects, work on your feet throughout your shift, bend, squat and climb a ladder
• Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent time management/prioritization skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with our team as well as work alone to achieve results
• Willingness to pitch in where necessary to support the Brewing Team
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required
• WHMIS and Forklift Certification considered an asset
